Reasoning for some of the more debatable choices:

Gurmag Angler doesn't have legendary issue, and that extra point of power can be crucial in Tarmogoyf battles, so a split with Tasigur, the Golden Fang

Only 2 Young Pyromancer since you usually only want to play it turn 3 to ensure you get a token off it even if it gets killed, and with Gitaxian Probe gone its not as good. It is still nice to gum up the board and go wide.

Chart a Course - usually we have something attacking, and can even sacrifice a token if needed. Even if not attacking, can cast it if needed to help fuel delve.
