After few test it seems Drana is a great card in the deck, she is a bit slow, but it got me a game against Affinity.If they don't answer it immediately, they gonna have problem with it. Also baits out remover, so next turn my Nocturnus can enter the battlefield safe, which is very important.I added fetches + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth to help out Nocturnus if i need a shuffle... So now I have lot of option to keep him active: Seer, Sign in Blood and fetch land...
