I've streamlined this deck to be as cheap and efficient as physically possible, while retaining an even mana base.

The Key Components:

a. Psychic Surgery - Kind of like the Sealed Fate of the Shuffle Punish deck.

b. Psychogenic Probe - The second part of the shuffle punish trifecta. Actually punishes your opponents for shuffling.

c. Cosi's Trickster - The last part of the trifecta of punishment. Boosts itself when your opponents shuffle.

d. Soldier of Fortune - Doesn't punish your opponent for shuffling, but it's your main shuffle engine. When it comes to forced shuffling, he's your man.
