Introduction

Wanted to try making a deck with activatable creatures.

Wipe the board with Damn and/or Porphyry Nodes while statues lie dormant, then activate them to attack.

The decks name is referencing McGonagall spell from Harry Potter

Help

Got any suggestions? I'm looking for small adjustments. I'm not sure I need Chromatic Star here... The Blackstaff of Waterdeep as 1x could stay, but not entirely necessary.

Some explanations for a few cards

Guardian Idol can either attack on empty board or supply mana for Myth Realized lore counters, Haunted Plate Mail equip or Dance of the Manse. Humble, but a work horse useful in a lot of situations.

Aether Spellbomb works as a consistency helper either setting opponents back when you are short on other removal or it can be cycled for other things when not. Also works well for lore counters and as animate target for The Blackstaff of Waterdeep.

Gideons are obviously great extensions for the activatable creature theme, but so is Teferi, Time Raveler with his passive ability. He protects the creatures when they come live and attack. The sorceries are also of the type that are really powerful with Teferi's +1 (board wipe, hand disruption and mass recursion).

Finally, Dance of the Manse works as a finisher bringing back some hitters and Porphyry Nodes that got destroyed on the way.
