Hello fellow Planeswalkers. Wilds of Eldraine spoilers are in full swing, and this set has me really excited! Draft looks fun, the flavor is on point and, most importantly, new cards for Modern! Kellan, the Fae-Blooded caught my eye for a Stoneblade build, so here it is; Kellan's Delirium-Blade.

How the deck works

This deck is primarily Jeskai Control with a Stoneforge Mystic and Kellan, the Fae-Blooded package. Control the game, search for Equipment and Equip Kellan for even further value.

Why Delirium?

The main reason for utilizing Delirium is for Unholy Heat. The best Planeswalker & Creature removal without Delirium in our colors has downsides I would like to avoid, so Delirium has made its return.

Creature Support

We have a suite of creatures to help support our control and Stoneblade strategies.

• Skrelv, Defector Mite provides protection to any of our creatures. It also acts as 2 types for Delirium.
• Third Path Iconoclast helps us go wide, which synergizes well with Kellan as they will all have their power increased.
• Snapcaster Mage works well to give our instants and sorceries recursion to better control the game.

Equipment Suite

We have a suite of Equipment and one Aura to be able to tutor out for our needs.

• Shadowspear is another inexpensive equip that grans some pretty nice stats and a nifty activatable.
• Sword of Fire and Ice is the best sword. It's an auto-include in Stoneblade decks.
• Batterskull and Kaldra Compleat are must haves to be able to cheat powerful "creatures" into play when needed
• Emblem of the Warmind is a nifty way to give all our creatures haste after we have gone wide.
