This deck is a work in progress, so far its made up of cards i already have.

The goal is a flicker based control deck. spells cost less and opponents spells cost more with Grand Arbiter Augustin IV. flicker blocking creatures to avoid damage with either Oji, the Exquisite Blade or Displacer Kitten. keep opponents creatures tapped with Githzerai Monk, Icebreaker Kraken, Kor Hookmaster, Narcolepsy etc. Take an extra turn with Medomai the Ageless. Take control of large creatures with Ray of Command, Mind Flayer Bored wipe with Phyrexian Rebirth and save your own creature with Rescue. (looking to add Eerie Interlude. )
