Modern Simic. This deck works best when Hardened Scales is in play, as almost every card here interacts with it

Creatures:

• Scrounging Bandar enters with at least 2 counters and can move them around
• Servant of the Scale has a role like Arcbound Worker's, while being superior in this deck
• Cloudfin Raptor doesn't take long to put that Flying to use
• Avatar of the Resolute has a strong body with the high chance of entering big
• Managorger Hydra gets larger and larger the more spells are played
• Voracious Hydra can act as emergency creature removal or enter double sized and double scaled

Non-creature Spells:

• Hardened Scales gives more counters to speed up my game plan. The deck's MVP card
• The Ozolith recycles counters lost to creature death or exilement. Also a very important card
• Simic Ascendancy introduces another win condition. It can also generate counters and benefits from Proliferate effects
• Experimental Augury gives even more counters and replaces itself
• Pongify is a great removal because it's cheap and a 3/3 vanilla Ape isn't much of a threat
• Stubborn Denial takes care of opposing non-creature spells
• Dizzy Spell can be a useful combat trick but more importantly it can tutor (without fear of being countered) for almost 60% of the deck, including Hardened Scales and The Ozolith. This guarantees it will never be a dead card in my hand

Sideboard:

• Pithing Needle shuts down many troublesome permanents including Planeswalkers
• Heroic Intervention provides good protection for all my creatures
• Relic of Progenitus tries to halt graveyard shenanigans
• Veil of Summer is used against Black and Blue stuff
• Carnivorous Canopy delivers useful Artifact/Enchantment removal

• Simic Ascendancy + The Ozolith
• Simic Ascendancy + Scrounging Bandar
• Scrounging Bandar + Hardened Scales
