Budget Neera, Wild Mage Commander Deck

The deck runs a simple theme. We want to start off slow playing removal as needed while we build our mana base. Once you have enough mana to get Neera, Wild Mage on the field, we should be casting randomized spells on every players turn with cheap instants like Thought Scour or Shock. With a bit of luck, we will trip our 1-2 drop instants into a 5-8 drop creatures like Walking Skyscraper or Sword Coast Serpent.
