Here is a build of a Blue Black infect deck.
Insteed of the green mana in the UB or BG infect you have Noble Hierarch that give exalted trigger in this deck you use Signal Pest.
The controll packge is Thoughtseize, Inquisition of Kozilek, Spell Pierce and Fatal Push. You can run diffrent controll cards if you want too like Mana Leak , Vapor Snag, Psychic Barrier. Barrier is UU in cmc so its a bit hard in this aggro deck but it can make it, avoid 3 cmc counter spells card, stick to fast counter cards that has 1 cmc or 2 cmc, Logic Knot is like wise good in this deck (Many of this card I named is in the maybe slot). Apostle's Blessing is not a controll card but it gives you evasion and pays 2 life so kind of risky but can work.
The draw power, that is adiffrent slot. You have Opt, Serum Vision if you wanna manipulate the top card. They are both are 1 cmc in U and can replace some cards in the main.
The lands in the deck, You see 1 Overgrown Tomb It gives you an extra black mana but also to the good sideboard cards. Abrupt Decay, Assassin's Trophy Maelstrom Pulse. Spot removal that BG infect can give you.
Green cards in the deck?
If you wanna run green cards GO FOR IT, green cards in an infect deck is bread and butter. But dont run to many of them or just simpel power 1 of, can have Become Immense, Rancor with all the other pump spells. To much green you go of the UB of the idé so what we have insteed is ARTIFACT!
Planeswalker: here it comes tricky, Liliana of the Veil is a good card, Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas you can have an alt win con it is not good but it can happen in som what way. Jace, Vryn's Prodigy
can run it more card draw and a litel bit of controll.
