The first answer is incorrect.

When multiple different effects apply to something (especially to power and/or toughness), you use the layer system to determine the order in which they apply.

Effects that modify P/T without setting it (Leyline of Vitality's second ability) apply in layer 7c.

Effects that switch P/T apply in layer 7e.

This means that you take Leyline of Vitality's effect, apply it to Crag Puca's toughness, then swap Crag Puca's power and toughness.

Crag Puca will be a 5/2 after its ability resolves. If you continue to activate its ability, it will just swap between 5/2 and 2/5.

Does Crag Puca go infinite with Leyline of Vitality? If you activate the puca's ability while Leyline of Vitality is on the field it becomes a 5/3 right? Because it was a 2/5 when leyline is on the field but then you activate the ability switching it's power and toughness making it a 5/3 since leyline still gives that toughness buff. But then couldn't you keep doing that to make it bigger each time? Or am I missing something?
