Welcome to the club!
First thing I see here is a high average mana cost and relatively few lands and ramp. The Dragon Arch and Quicksilver Amulet help a little, but I suggest cutting a few Dragons and adding more lands and cards that find lands like Sylvan Scrying or Expedition Map. The color balance looks good, you just need more of it. You probably need at least 37-38 lands, if not more, and I would take a hard look at any cards above mana value 6, and cut the ones that don't measure up. Lower-cost dragons, like Icingdeath, Frost Tyrant or even Slumbering Dragon or Korlessa, Scale Singer will also help reduce costs.
My next thought is to take advantage of the legendary-ness of a lot of your dragons. Time of Need, Bard Class, and Mox Amber can all help, depending on how much money you're willing to spend.

Icingdeath, Frost Tyrant is a dragon who becomes a sword
and the biggest of them all Worldslayer

Possible changes:
Remove: Kari Zev's Expertise, Insurrection, Harness by Force, Bloody Betrayal, Conquering Manticore, Jeering Instigator, Evra, Halcyon Witness.
Add: Magda, Brazen Outlaw, Hellkite Tyrant, Icingdeath, Frost Tyrant, Utvara Hellkite, Balefire Dragon, Urabrask the Hidden, Hofri Ghostforge.

could be very powerful as well so you have better access to card advantage by having access to Consider and Faithful Mending which would help fuel Smoldering Egg Flip to go along with Dragon's Rage Channeler, Unholy Heat, and Murktide Regent. Unless you wish to go the ramp route of Arbor Elf+Utopia Sprawl, doesnt offer your strategy anything.
BTW Icingdeath, Frost Tyrant is a halfway decent 4cmc dragon to think about.

Maybe Tiamat isn't a good choice to include if have more dragons to switch, but still a good dragon with such a nice pressure. Surely, Old Gnawbone and Inferno of the Star Mounts will be a mandatory choice to deck. Maybe Ebondeath, Dracolich will be include by it's recursivity. Iymrith, Desert Doom is a Dragonlord Ojutai less powerfull, and I don't believe that Icingdeath, Frost Tyrant will be played at all. Oh, I've forgoten Klauth, Unrivaled Ancient . This dragon will bring a lot of value when played with The Ur-Dragon deck. The lesser dragons will excluded for sure. That's was my thoughts about the new dragons, but certanly we will have more creatures or spells to consider.
