Protection from White and Black
Whenever a nontoken creature dies during a main phase, create a token copy of that creature. Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next main phase.

My attempt at making a single color identity spell that can be cast with multiple colors. And an Aristocrats nightmare.
Shadow the Hedgehog is a broken abomination. I hate it almost as much as I want one. Make a Secret Lair style Universes Beyond character of your choice into a card, and make it equally as broken as Shadow. Which is to say, it wouldn't get the ban hammer, but you know it totally should.

Legendary Creature - Elf Druid
Tap an untapped druid you control: Add , or
Tap three untapped druids you control: Mill three cards, then return up to one permanent card from your graveyard to your hand.
Tap nine untapped druids you control: Exile up to three target nonland permanents. For each permanent exiled this way, its controller may search their library for a basic land card, puts it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffles.

This feels very druidic. The first ability is a better Seton, Krosan Protector. The second and third ones are fitting flavourwise with Acolyte.
Create a kitsune warlock.

Phenomenal insight into Altar of the Brood totally overlooked that! As soon as I can stop by my LGS to pick up the copy I literally just traded in for credit, it will find its way back into the deck like it originally was.
As for Omen of Fire, I’m playing this deck in the cEDH community. The more I look at this card the more I do still want to play it but as we both I’m sure agree it is in fact very meta, but the only real thing holding me truly back at this point is that I’m running Dryad of the Ilysian Grove. Although it’s only a single copy I can’t risk bouncing my own lands. Looking back at Tectonic Break now and maybe even potentially Epicenter

Blighted is nice but only a one-time use and I lose the land in the process. Unless my token gen is exceptional at some point of the game, it's very much not worth it.
Inventor's Fair is passive yea but its condition of 3 or more artifacts puts it below the many free passive options I have now. Especially when I don't run that many artifacts.
Nomad is the same reasons as Blighted, and more. Its life cost to use it as land makes it counterproductive, and the threshold to sac it for life makes it only useful later on. If I have to wait on it, I don't want it.
I will however add those 2 lands though, those are nice. Thank you!

In regards to your manabase, you still haven't answered what your budget is looking like. A manabase tends to be the most expensive (and important) part of any EDH deck. Does your playgroup allow proxies?
Side tangent - the upcoming set Edge of Eternities has recently teased the return of shock lands. Shock Lands are some of, if not the best lands in modern magic. With this upcoming reprint they will be more accessible than ever so I highly recommend you get them their prices lower, namely: Watery Grave, Breeding Pool, Godless Shrine, Hallowed Fountain, Overgrown Tomb
and Temple Garden
.
You slightly misunderstood what I meant when I asked about your meta. Do you use the bracket system that was introduced by Wizards? Using that to describe your deck (or the one you wish to build) will make this process go over much more smoothly. Seeing that your Meta includes the infamous likes of Najeela, the Blade-Blossom and Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow you are facing some very strong commanders that would likely have decks that would place them in Bracket 4 (using the aforementioned bracket system as a reference). But, and a very big but here - it depends on what kind of decks these commanders helm. Do they have big expensive manabases with lots of (monetary) expensive interaction cards? e.g. Mana Drain, Force of Will, Mana Vault
It seems here that you have a misunderstanding of infinite combos. The aforementioned combo of Thassa's Oracle and Demonic Consultation are used almost exclusively in the alternate format known as Competitive EDH or cEDH. That is an essential combo for the format, and is expected to be part of a deck running . To you that may look like someone who just doesn't want to engage with other players - but to those who wield the combo in a game where other players are using similar strategies this is what everyone signed up for. Infinite combos are a staple of Magic and Commander. I understand that you are a person and you are absolutely entitled to your opinion. But please, have consistent logic here: Infinite Combos may be unpopular to some players, but for the love of Father Yawgmoth Poison is a FAR less popular mechanic in Commander.
Not saying you shouldn't use it - I for one embrace it. But using Poison will give you a distinct political disadvantage at just about every single table you show up to. Once the other players know, they will more than likely work together to tear apart your boardstate and shove you off the table.

Mortlocke you are right, there are some missing piece to my description...
I am looking to upgrade the mana base to get more consistently access the GWBU. I am open to MDFC, but i do not have the habit or the knowledge for them yet.
As for the Meta, I just want to get the poison counter up as fast as possible and proliferate to finish it up. I usually go up against really fast deck and hated commander such as Yuriko or Najeela.
Concerning the infinite combo, i mostly mean a win-con such as Thassa's oracle & Demonic consultation kinda infinite-combo. I see it as winning the game without playing you deck how it's intended for a Win, which is by poison counter.

You and I went different directions but there's still some overlap in cards and strategy. I see dat Power Matrix! (Pet card of mine. The 1st "equipment")
You have some Indestructible where I really leaned into it since has so much. I also have a few creatures with Flash to play around the Wrath of God on a stick.
The only thing I'm going to individually suggest is discard fodder since spell shapers so desperately need Squee, Goblin Nabob.
Glory going to be bold and suggest cutting Mother of Runes
Soul of New Phyrexia that indestructible I mentioned earlier
Sevinne's Reclamation/Prismatic Strands efficient flashback tricks
Containment Construct fixes the drawback

Righteous Valor
Sorcery
Target creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it deals damage equal to its power to any target. Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt to that creature.
OK, so I was looking a copy of Rosethorn Acolyte that I have, and I can't get over how much the red eyes stand out against the rest of the piece. That, plus the flavor text, made me think about what "Rosethorn" is. But the existence of Acolytes implies that it is some sort of druidic circle, and the existence of members of greater power. Make a Legendary Elf that is some sort of Rosethorn Archdruid.

It appears you are in need of some help with your manabase, well what would helpful is your budget. How much are you looking to spend, and what exactly is your goal? Do you want more functionality? (e.g. Modal Double Faced Cards (MDFC) more consistent access to GWBU? Do you tend to lean toward one color?
You say you're open to making your deck bracket 4, so I must ask - what is your meta? What kind of decks do you want this to go up against? Are you committed to bracket 4? It can be expensive if you don't want to proxy. What is your vision for this deck?
I understand not wanting to run Infinite combos if it's not part of your vision, but I do take slight umbrage with the attitude of "not playing the game to actually play" when using an infinite combo to close the game. I think that take is very strange coming from someone who wishes to run Poison counters ala Toxic/Infect.

wallisface, no, your response is not harsh, but I was erring on the side of caution, since I believe that some creatures today are simply far too powerful (with Elder Gargaroth, Baneslayer Angel, or Phyrexian Obliterator being some key examples, and I shall think of more, later), so I can certianly modify both of these creatures, if you believe that that would improve them.

Cool card! I agree it's probably not as good in most decks as Brawler, but that doesn't mean it's not a fine card in it's own right, costing only 3 is a real upside! I have multiple decks that might like it!
The drop rate of new cards has become unhelpful, even someone with a fair bit of time to invest in a hobby (me for example) can't really see everything new, so thanks for pointing Revenant out!
I'm not sure if I mentioned it, but Brash Taunter is bloody hilarious with Scavenged Brawler or Qarsi Revenant, Brawler gives you a beefy aggro blocker that can beat stuff to death, Revenant lets you ping anything to death, and both give the Taunter the key lifelink ability, very useful when he fights the biggest things on the board. The funniest part about using this is that the base creature is indestructible, and you're not equipping/aura-ing him, so some colours have almost no way to answer Taunter once it's resolved.

Try to keep it to an Oracle text wording. For example, you wouldn't say "whenever any creature you control...", because Oracle text would actually read either "whenever a creature you control," or "whenever one or more creatures you control," or "whenever at least one creature you control."
In all of these instances, it wouldn't be a proper use of the word "any" in respect to the Oracle text.

Have you considered Argentum Armor? (Don’y know how to link it sorry), the price to play and equip it is high but i think for Ultima its worth it, the stat buff makes him capable of getting someone to 20 commander damage in 2 hits rather then 5 while the destruction can help disrupt your opponents board state or compound Ultima’s blighting by destroying their unblighted lands.

Polaris on Volo, guide to monsters and …

This doesn't work the way you hope, for two reasons.
To start with, yes, you can absolutely do this. You cast Mirror Image, which has the type Shapeshifter. This triggers Volo, Guide to Monsters if you don't have any Shapeshifters in play or in your graveyard, copying the spell. If no one responds, you'll respond the copied Mirror Image, which will create a token Mirror Image that can enter as a copy of any creature you control, then the original spell will resolve and Mirror Image will enter (again, can enter as a copy).
On the battlefield, the Mirror Images will be whatever they copied, and will therefore enter as something other than Shapeshifters unless you decided for some reason not to copy anything. This doesn't matter to Volo, because he triggers when the spell is cast, not when the spell resolves and the creature enters the battlefield.
With all that said, here are the two issues:
First, Volo triggers only on cast. Having a second Volo when your Mirror Image original (not the copy) enters won't do anything because it's not being cast, it's entering the battlefield. This would only work if you already had two Volos when you cast Mirror Image.
Second, however, Volo is a legendary creature. If at any point you control two legendary creatures with the same name, you must sacrifice all but one of them as a state-based action. At the moment Mirror Image enters as Volo, you will have two copies of Volo (and this could potentially trigger enters-the-battlefield abilities of something), but immediately after that, before anyone can respond or anything can resolve, you will have to pick one Volo and sacrifice the rest of them.
The only way around this kind of thing is a clone like Spark Double, which can copy legendary creatures without issue because it removes the legendary typing when it copies something, or another way around the legend rule like Mirror Gallery or Sakashima of a Thousand Faces.
