Parallel Lives

If an effect would create one or more tokens under your control, it creates twice that many tokens instead.

Riku Of Two

What's the main game plan of the deck, if you had to summarize it in 3 sentences or less? Cause I'm seeing a handful of half-ideas that are likely to result in some games where everything comes together, and other games where you end up with the halves of 3 different win conditions without closing any of them out.
One example of this being Aetheric Amplifier and Doubling Season. Only about 6 other cards in the deck seem to interact with counters. And while Doubling Season also doubles the tokens you get from Riku, you could run Parallel Lives which has the potential to curve better into Riku.
A general rule I follow, is that any synergy piece (Or card that doesn't do anything without something else to activate/trigger/synergize-with it) MUST work with AT LEAST ~25 other cards in the deck. Otherwise, in about 2/3 of games, it's just going to be a dead card. If it works with the commander I can let that number be a little lower if it's really strong. But an important part of any deck is to think about how it works if the commander gets permanently/repeated removed, stolen, or Frogify'd.
Another important thing about Riku is, they take a lot of mana to function. In order to use their ability, every spell you want to copy essentially costs 2 more. So look at which targets you're planning to copy and consider how much mana you're really gonna need to pull off your plan.
An average deck template suggests about 10 pieces of ramp. Your deck currently has about 7, and a lot of them cost more than 2-3 mana. So you're already running less ramp, that ramp is fairly costly, and you have a very mana-hungry commander.
Your mana curve is really heavy in 4-5 cost spells, and that's a tough place to be if you ever want to cast more than 1 spell a turn. Even more so if you want to copy anything with Riku.
And just in case you don't know, I don't think you can copy Apocalypse Hydra with Riku. Or, you can, but the token will enter with 0 counters on it and die immediately. If that wasn't you plan, then ignore this, but either way, I'd suggest removing Apocalypse Hydra and Atarka, World Render. With no other dragons in the deck, Atarka is just a big trampler and you're better off using a cheaper one that you can actually make copies of.
I hope this was helpful!

Blue-Green Deck

It’s coming together. It’s still a bit unfocused imo, with a few cards pulling different directions. Parallel Lives only affects Scute Swarm and Chasm Skulker for instance, and without a better ramp shell you won’t get it into play fast enough for it to even matter. I’d cut Parallel Lives and Chasm Skulker entirely since they don’t contribute toward Landfall in any meaningful way. Same for Foundry Inspector and most of your artifacts. They aren’t necessarily bad cards, but they don’t fit well here. As far as countermagic is concerned, I’d run Spell Pierce and Mana Leak or Remand in place of Narset's Reversal.
Ideally you’ll want to hit your land drop each and every turn, and maximize the types of landfall triggers you’re building with. The crabs might not be a good fit if you aren’t geared toward milling out the opponent’s deck, and might be replaced with traditional ‘this creature gets +x/+x whenever a land enters play’ stuff instead.
There are bounce lands to consider too, lands that return a land in play to your hand when they enter. Normally that’s a downside but it can be advantageous in Landfall decks.
Simplify and streamline what you have until it runs like a well-oiled machine. Oh, and this isn’t immediately evident but with the way the site works people won’t see your replies in the deck comments unless you tag then by name. Put the user’s name inside double square brackets and they’ll get a notification they’ve been mentioned. I only saw these new posts because I happened to check back.

Miirym, Spooky Lizard Flap-Flap!!!

Thank you for your comment AkaAkuma, and appreciate the ideas.
You are correct in that I partially lean into the idea of making a few extra tokens of Miirym, but I also use effects like making copies of Roaming Throne (because it is super dumb in this deck), and things like Parallel Lives/Adrix and Nev, Twincasters to just double out my tokens. I did check out your build, and it is very sweet (+1 duly given). The only other Clones I would love to add would be Sakashima of a Thousand Faces and Sakashima the Impostor respectively. I have very little recursion in the deck, and so whilst I would retain copies from the Miirym trigger, returning these clone cards from my graveyard should I need too, would require quite the rebuild. The 2 above, I simply don't have copies of, and (unfortunately) am not in a position to currently purchase them.
Utvara Hellkite again is simply a card I do not own, and if I did, it would likely replace Lathliss, Dragon Queen. She only triggers on non token ETB, and whilst additional triggers from Roaming Throne are nice, I just thing Utvara is a simple upgrade.
Sneak Attack does seem fun for some shenanigans, as can "surprise" people for blocks, as well as just making that combo damage finish much easier. Will see how I can fit that one in.
Mirror of Life Trapping seems like a fun card, but dear lord I struggle with tracking all the triggers anyway, this looks like it would make my brain explode lol.
Thanks again for your comment, appreciate it

Just did a game with this deck on Tabletop with some friends and steamrolled!
Was able to get Parallel Lives out early and utilized the flip-side of Wedding Announcement Flip late game to make things MASSIVE and survived three board-wipes. It also made piles of treasure tokens. Well made deck, my dude. Lots of fun to play!

Slime Against Humanity puts counters on the token it creates. Since Parallel Lives modifies the event of creating a token, Slime Against Humanity produces 2 tokens, both of which it sees for putting counters on. Chainer's Torment has a similar case spelled out in the Gatherer rulings:
(4/27/2018) If an effect such as that of Anointed Procession causes the final chapter ability of Chainer's Torment to create two Nightmare Horror tokens, each will deal X damage to you.

Do token doubler like Parallel Lives cause Slime Against Humanity to create two tokens with +1/+1 counter? I have read any heard conflicting opinions, but no rule based judge-level answer. My impression is that the the 0/0 token will be doubled but only one will receive counters. It seems this is wrong and the two tokens will in fact both her get counters, but why? Are the counters a property of the rollen token, or a property of the spell?

Parallel Lives could also go into this deck as a way to keep making more tokens. Still not infinite, since you eventually run out of lands, but it gives you a wincon.
