Like not taking damage. Like old men taking the bullet for you when someone swings out. Like commanders who currently only have 3 decks make on edhrec. Well with Praying the Pain AWay you can have all those things in one. The goal of the deck is to survive until you win. The main thing "win cons" are killing a single player with the stuffy doll combo, redirecting an attack from a massive creature, approach of the second sun (because your main goal is not dieing), and of course Near-death experience. If you win with near death experience it is because you know how to count out how much damage you prevent and absolutely deserve that win.
