So the idea is to pitch Combustible Gearhulk to Refurbish it. Discard outlets combined with Fiery Temper help with that strategy. Nahiri, the Harbinger does it both: Discarding, and she gets a Gearhulk with her ultimate.
Bedlam Reveler is best friends with Combustible Gearhulk, it seldomly costs more than 2 Mana to play in this deck with all the action from Tormenting Voice and Cathartic Reunion. Still, gearhulking it will hit the opponent for 8.
I think the problems are as follows: Not enough madness cards and/or not enough refurbish targets. I cant decide weather Cataclysmic Gearhulk is good enough, also if I want Collective Defiance or Avacyn's Judgment.

I initially started this deck with Metalwork Colossus to go with Combustible, plus Hedron Archives. It also works with Refurbish ...but it was just not quite good enough. So I went with the instant-sorcery-bedlam Reveler package instead.(hedron archive vs bedlam reveler?)
