A White-Blue Control Deck I've been building around Dragonlord Ojutai. I've tried a lot of things and this is what I came up with during the last year or so. however, there's still room to improve, what are you guys' ideas?

edit: I have invested more into the deck and it's working way better now, though there's still room to improve. Vor example, i am still hinking to replace one or two Serum Visions' with Opts I am also playing 2 Torrential Gearhulks instead of Snapcaster Mages due to budget. Before you start arguing, i pulled the Jace out of a booster, so dont worry :P I also want a second Teferi and a Gideon of the Trials, not sure what to swap out for it up till now.
