Kyren Negotiations Discussion

Kedvesem on Kykar's Thousand Paper Cuts

Have you considered Kyren Negotiations? For me, that card, especially coupled with Jeskai Ascendancy has killed whole tables. Just being able to tap the spirits before I use them for mana and then get damage through? It has been delicious.

Throne of the God-Pharaoh combos with Kyren Negotiations. You can tap instead of attacking and since the enchantment is doing the tapping you can tap creatures that just hit the board.

Thousand-Year Elixir and Mobile Garrison can give Krenko an extra tap.

Spirit Link or Spirit Loop would double your life gain on your boss. Any red damage doubling enchantment would also. Illusionist's Bracers maybe.

Thanks for the card suggestions xram666!

Cryptolith Rite is really nice and I should just have it in here, Especially since I have Aggravated Assault in here already and they can kinda go infinite. I'll work on finding a cut for it

I've never seen Kyren Negotiations before, it's pretty sweet! I really wish it hit creatures too, it would've been such a spicy include! I'll keep in on the maybe board for now.

I have a tough time running too many auras because even with all the protection I have in the deck it's not uncommon to have tana removed twice by turn 10.

Divine Visitation is certainly one of the cooler cards that has come out recently. I used to have it in the deck but I've pulled it out recently. I noticed that when had it in my hand, I had better things to cast until the game was over or until I was top decking. I definitely forgot to put it on the maybeboard though, it's certainly worth remembering.

I would totally put in a Satyr Enchanter since it helps my card draw but I just ordered an Argothian Enchantress that will be here in the next day or two.

Thanks again for taking the time to write all those down!!

Other cards worth considering could be: Kamahl, Fist of Krosa, Xenagos, the Reveler , Clan Defiance, Mirror Entity

Pyromatics is basically perfect with Torbran, serving as as many Searing Spears as you can afford to pay for. Kyren Negotiations lets any of your creatures throw around a bolt at will, helping them to get damage through if your opponent is set up in the late game.

@kamelyan thanks for the upvote and comment! I returned the favor by upvoting more of your decks!

The Locust God is one that was suggested to me by a friend as well. Are you thinking that because of the flying theme or because of the wheels or ? Just curious on people's thought process. I'm running it in my Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain deck and it's great there

I hope to not have to rely on Isochron Scepter , but it's there with a bunch of tutors to find it and Dramatic Reversal just in case I need infinite spirits haha ;)

Kyren Negotiations is a brand new card to me as well. My friend rocked me with it the other day in his Krenko, Mob Boss deck, and it seemed very fitting to add here

Sacred Mesa is pretty cool actually. Would go well with Purphoros, God of the Forge and Impact Tremors

Bag of Holding looks like it could go really well, or really bad if someone destroys it before you can get your cards back haha but I like where your head is at!

Thanks again!
