Modern Naya Slivers

Flood the battlefield with Slivers until victory is achieved. These Slivers are very hard to deal with in combat:

• Sinew Sliver provides stat increase
• Predatory Sliver is the Sinew's green counterpart
• Manaweft Sliver provides early mana-fixing and is a good disposable attacker late game
• Sidewinder Sliver gives the overlooked Flanking ability. It stacks with multiple copies
• Venom Sliver gives Deathtouch, making the Slivers lethal to most creatures
• Striking Sliver gives First Strike, which combined with Flanking and Deathtouch makes blocking very punishing
• Cloudshredder Sliver gives Flying and Haste, turbo-charging the Hive into the skies

Non-creature spells:

• Collected Company speeds up the entrance of more Slivers into the battlefield
• Commune with Nature provides draw fixing
• Aether Vial makes it so every turn a Sliver becomes free to play
• Shared Animosity increases the damage every Sliver does the more of them attack at once

Sideboard:

• Heroic Intervention protects my creatures
• Return to the Ranks brings back any losses
• Harmonic Sliver is the bane of artifacts and enchantments
• Ferocity of the Wilds grants Trample and more power to the Slivers
• Tormod's Crypt ensures things that are dead stay dead

I need some help with an issue I'm having sometimes. I can run out of stuff to play besides lands. If you guys can point me to some cards that might help with this I would be very thankful
