My first EDH, quite budget version, but still quite decent against casual decks. Idea is to get Talrand fast on board and then protect it with counterspells and bounces and swarm over enemies with Drakes. Feel free to commment and suggest changes, as I mentioned, this is bugdet deck, but I'm down for upgrades few at a time.
