Planeswalker (1)

Colors matter. That's why we run 3 copies of Glamerdye in this deck.

The big pay offs are using Glamerdye with Hibernation to return all of your opponent's permanents to their hand. Also, creatures we control with protection now have protection from any color we choose. 4 copies of Thought Scour gives us fairly easy access to Glamerdye because we can either draw it or cast it from the graveyard with retrace or Snapcaster Mage.

You can also use Glamerdye on Mirran Crusader or Sword of Fire and Ice to get protection from any color. It might seem redundant because if you equip Sword of Fire and Ice on to Mirran Crusader, then you are protected from everything besides white already. But, if your opponent has any artifact destruction and isn't playing green or black, then Mirran Crusader still has you covered with Glamerdye. Likewise, if your opponent is using Supreme Verdict, then you can still equip Sword of Fire and Ice onto Batterskull (after you bounce it to your hand and play it again of course) and still have protection from whatever you want with Glamerdye. Finally, you only have one Sword of Fire and Ice so if you have more than one Mirran Crusader in play and your opponent isn't playing green or black, then you are still in good shape.

The sideboard also offers Circle of Protection: Red which is great against burn but can also shut down most decks when paired with Glamerdye. If your opponent is heavy on removal, then Eight-and-a-Half-Tails with Glamerdye makes everything basically have hexproof as long as you have 2 mana to spare. You can freely ultimate Jace, the Mind Sculptor too with an Eight-and-a-Half-Tails because it can give it protection from whatever color might damage it.

2 Mind Bends in the sideboard are for when your Glamerdye gets hit with Surgical Extraction or something and you need two different cards that can give the same effect. Also, Mind Bend can change land types too, so you can psuedo counterspell your opponent's fetch lands. Mind Bend can also turn your opponent's Boil or Choke against them.
