Mourning Becomes Elendra...
#2
I have some ideas for this deck. Firstly, Collected Company is not a very good fit here. There are so many targets that it can whiff on and even if it doesn't then you're probably just getting some mana dorks out of it. Eldritch Evolution on the other hand, can get you just about anything and for free at that with Melira, Sylvok Outcast in play.
Then, I think giving up the Fog for Altar of Dementia would be sick. Altar of Dementia means any creature with persists you sacrifice to it will come back infinite times if you have Melira, Sylvok Outcast. For example, that is infinite life with Kitchen Finks. Fog shouldn't be doing much anyway because you can chump block with reckless abandon using Kitchen Finks or Heroic Intervention.

Welcome to Flight …...
#3
There are a lot of good options for the sideboard here. Because we don't talk about flight club, consider: Curse of Silence, Deafening Silence, and/or Stony Silence. The chemical burn the main character gets could be represented by Mark of Asylum maybe? haha
For the maindeck, I think Paladin Class is probably better than Authority of the Consuls for what you're trying to do but I can't say for sure if it fits your theme. A card I think does fit the theme is Spirit Bonds but I am not sure there is any room it.
Finally, if you think Magus of the Moat has a place as an honorary chapter member of flight club, it would be a very good card. Then, if you think Robert Paulson met a Baffling End, then that card could go in, too because the token can't attack through Magus of the Moat. Rest in Peace Robert Paulson...
Speaking of removal, though, it might be something to consider at least having some of in the sideboard. The only on theme cards I can think of off the top of my head are Angel of Sanctions and Journey to Nowhere but if you want removal you know where to look im sure.

Said on Enchantress's Wish...
#1Bulldawg1310 I playtest most of my decks a fair amount before going to the trouble of writing a description or anything. I can safely say the deck is strong. Enchantress usually is pretty consistent because you draw so many cards with Sythis, Harvest's Hand and/or Enchantress's Presence that you can find a card to stop the opponent quickly enough. The hard part is just staying alive early but Ghostly Prison and Authority of the Consuls are good for that.
Wishing up the speghetti monster Emrakul, the Aeons Torn won't happen that often but it can pop up in matchups that don't have many mainboard answers to Sterling Grove so with a shrouded Sanctum Weaver generating crazy mana you can cast it easily enough. The Emrakul plan is good against other jank/prison decks, too.
