I would have to agree with derpytrollerZ on his points of advice.

This deck would really benefit from more card advantage.
In the pauper format, some of the most efficient and affordable card advantage can be achieved with cards similar to Mulldrifter, which you already have included in the deck. I would advise you to remove some of the less effective creatures in favor of some that give more card advantage (draw power and tutoring).

In this case, I would remove the following creatures:
Man-o'-War, Rampaging Hippo, Rubbleback Rhino, and Wirewood Guardian.

Try adding these creatures:
AEthersnipe, Dimir Infiltrator, Drift of Phantasms, Impaler Shrike, Moriok Replica, and Pilgrim's Eye.
Creatures with ETB effects that allow the player to draw cards are really strong in Pauper. Also, the Transmute ability is a powerful way to tutor certain cards that you might need. A card that has a lot of utility in your colors is Perplex, for example (which should totally replace Dismiss).

I also feel as though Predatory Hunger and Sadistic Glee don't fit the theme of the deck itself. I suggest adding cards like Mystical Teachings and Treasure Cruise instead.

As for the land base, try making adjustments to your non-land permanents first, and see where that leaves you (you can always balance out the number of basic lands later :P). Since you are running three colors, you would benefit from adding a Command Tower.

I hope this helps you out some!

Plated Crusher and Plated Slagwurm are too mana expensive and you probably won't be able to cast them without some sort of ramp. You might be better off with Majestic Myriarch, Rubbleback Rhino, and/or Enshrined Memories.

UPDATE

I actually replaced Honden of Cleansing Fire the other day with Commune with the Gods, which works out with Sun Titan, Silent Sentinel, Eternal Witness, and the newly added Become Immense.

This morning I made some changes based on recommendations:

Pale Recluse has its use, but since the cycle doesn't put the land onto the field, I decided to add more defense with Guardian of the Gateless. I also added Suspension Field for more creature control in place of Armored Ascension, even though the Plains count is higher than Forests, making Ascension a pretty easy +2/+2 or more. Then I dropped the mana dorks, Elvish Mystic and Avacyn's Pilgrim, for auras Snake Umbra and Unflinching Courage, while also replacing Gladecover Scout and Rubbleback Rhino with Totem-Guide Hartebeest (aura tutor) and Become Immense, as mentioned above, to hopefully finish an opponent.

Karzalar, great post filled with removals, replacements, and even budget considerations!

My responses:

In its initial creation, I thought ramp ramp ramp!, so in came Birds of Paradise and Avacyn's Pilgrim. Birds tap for both colors, and can fly over the top in dire emergencies, making it a clear choice over the two, so I'll probably dump the pilgrim for Unflinching Courage.

Gladecover Scout was put in as a T1 drop to start the ball rolling, but it is pretty lackluster late game, unless the game is going REALLY bad for Siggy (I'm sure the plethora of blue decks will be saving counters just for her) since it's the only non-Cyclonic Rift answer they have to keep her away. Rubbleback Rhino plays a similar role but has more beef... but if I go heavier on the Siggy Voltron route, creatures like the Scout and Rhino will inevitably get cut.

Pale Recluse is only in there to be a versatile Nature's Lore that could play beefy creature role later on. I'd kinda like to play it over Cultivate, but will have to see how it goes after a few trials.

GOOD news: My LGS has Selesnya Signet, From Beyond, Flicker Form, Ancestral Mask, Verduran Enchantress, Sigil of the Empty Throne, Quarantine Field, and Karmic Justice!

BAD news: Not anything else.

My LGS caters more toward Standard players, and lacks a lot of the "staple" or "best" EDH cards. I have access to TCGPlayer, but I'm married to a woman who hates me spending money on MTG, thus, the budget constraints :/
