Still waiting on cards but made some adjustments
Added Alpha Authority for added protection and Alpha Status to leverage the number of soldiers I will be making. Also added Wheel of Sun and Moon and took out Destiny Spinner because my playgroup requires graveyard hate more than counterspell prevention.
Added courser of kruipix because it combos with dryad of ilysian grove and Burgeoning

Update: I cut Suture Priest for Alseid of Life's Bounty. Alseid is cheaper, offers redundant protection, and swinging in on our combo turn to gain one life reduces the total mana we need to go off by 1W. We have plenty of life gain. I also dropped Helm of Obedience because of its high cost and the fact that it only kills one player when we'd much rather win. In its place I slotted Mandate of Peace for even more combo protection at a cheap rate that's further reduced by Pearl Medallion.

since my playgroup keeps pushing their decks, i decided i am going to add some better cards including Deadeye Navigator and Peregrine Drake for infinite mana (enough payoffs already in the deck) and Riftsweeper to protect the combo i also tweaked the mana base a little bit

Flash Oracle combo

with the growing issue of Thassa's Oracle in cEDH, we decided to incorporate it as another win condition in the deck. coupled with Flash we can cheat out at someones end step a win if they have destroyed our way of winning, or if we can't successfully resolve Aetherflux Reservoir. With planeswalker removal becoming a part of the game, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries becomes a target of removal in response to us drawing out. The flash Oracle allows us to resolve effectively during our end step or an opponents end step.
