This deck was originally a Sultai Mill deck, but I felt like the mill was useless, so I am attempting to make it into something more aggressive. The deck does "good" late game, but that is the problem, for I can't get to late game easily in this standard. Send help.

I play tested this at FNM yesterday, and did awful ( I kinda expected that).
Jeskai Burn: 0-2
Temur Splash Black Something: 0-2
Abzan Midrange: 0-2
Mardu Aggro: 0-2
Dropped in Round 5
IMO I think that my early game was not fast enough. It also felt like my opponent always had the upper hand against me. I added another Polluted Delta and 2x Sylvan Caryatid's to replace those awful Sultai Banner's.I also added a Dig Through Time and was advised to use Dissolve instead of Cancel.
Is there anything I should take out, replace, or add that will improve this? I've dropped the budget as I am DETERMINED to make this work decently. If I can win 1 round at FNM, I'd be pretty happy :D

After some suggestions I will be sideboarding the Disdainful Stroke's and removing the Cancel's to add some Dissolve's. More removal will be added as well like Hero's Downfall and maybe Silence the Believers. Sagu Mauler might be added too, I'm just at a loss as to what I should take out to add them. Whip of Erebos will probably be added as well do to how awesome it is. I don't really see why I shouldn't add it :P
As for land, I am going to start to run scry lands, and I am going to take out the Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth to add Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx do to the amount of people that play Black at my LGS.Thanks a lot to Sugar5543 for the suggestions :D
