Thought I'd make a Relentless Rats EDH deck one day, so I decided to do so.

Regarding the legality of Relentless Rats here, MTGSalvation (the guys who invented EDH) say that you can have multiples, although Wizards says otherwise. It's up in the air, but I doubt anyone would mind in a casual game. (Update: Wizards said it's okay now. We're good.)

And the reason why the deck is BG instead of B is for some of the amazing swarming stuff that Green has. Otherwise, I'd take one of my legendary rats into the command zone.
