This deck (is supposed to) makes a large army of 1/1s and then places 1+/1+ counters on all of them while giving you a hefty life bonus. Start by getting out cards like Soul Warden and Mentor of the Meek or ramps like Sol ring and Pearl medallion. You can then start to move to gathering numbers or very powerful cards like Archangel of Thune and Jazel Goldmane (Nahiri, the Lithomancer is also preferable) so you can gather a hefty force. Save your Aegis Angel and Adarkar Valkyrie til you can get out cards that you need to rely on. Sun Titan, Marshal's Anthem and Emeria will keep your forces on the field and requiem Angel will make your opponent have a real good think about whether those tokens are worth it. All the way you should use your equipment to gather some muscle and attach lifelink onto your forces when you have Archangel of Thune or Serra Avatar and if you have Serra Avatar lifelink probably isn't such a bad idea. Overall you should be at a major advantage at some point so you can use Armageddon. Double-strike is also fantastic and Cathars Crusade will give you counters.
