This is Kiora Flash for Oathbreaker with a goal of about 30$

The new Kiora card from War of the Spark has multiple advantages. Not only does she reward us for playing big creatures, she also is fast to get out, can untap big mana dorks like elvish archdruid, and works well with flash to keep our hand size up when we drop big ETB creatures.

This is definitely a grindy deck that can fit some combos, but chooses to leave those out for the sake of budget and casualness. The plan of this deck is generally to cast kiora on turn 2, and control the board / catapult our board forward with strong etb's. Then as we go into the midgame, we can constantly pump out large threats while keeping our hand full, and eventually overrun our opponents with cards like end-raze forerunners, thunderfoot baloth, overwhelming stampede etc.
