Have you ever wanted to use Desperate Research as your commander in a Relentless Rats , Rat Colony or Shadowborn Apostle deck? Have you ever been disappointed that Wood Sage required you to play three colors to use it with any of those options? If so, this deck is for you.

The general idea is to flood the board with lots of Persistent Petitioners and to use mass untap spells to use their abilities over and over again, while using Wood Sage to make sure you always had more Persistent Petitioners to play. Eventually, you might even mill out one opponent!
