This is a strange brew that I’m working on that mixes elements of toolbox with the Knightfall combo and added disruption in a fairly well-rounded midrange shell. I first started this list looking for a way to play Knight of the Reliquary in a Death and Taxes build without Leonin Arbiter s having loved Bant Knightfall for so long. This led me to a GW toolbox deck that would find hate creatures with Eldritch Evolution to slow the opponent while I beat in with value creatures. This morphed when a friend pointed out that Venerated Loxodon + Eldritch Evolution = Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite or Omnath, Locus of Rage (+2 5/5 Elementals) by turn 4. After toying with that, I realized I had a strong midrange/combo deck that had the toolbox aspect fully intact. After playing around with it a bit I realized the Knightfall combo of Knight of the Reliquary + Retreat to Coralhelm fit in this shell really well and incorporated that. This list is fairly tight though there are so many possibilities. If you have any comments, questions, or suggestions feel free to let me know!
