I'm not a rules guy. Would Sylvan Offering allow you to create elves before treefolk?
Copying Master Biomancer or Biovisionary is so good, maybe replace a couple "lesser" creatures with creature tutors?

As far as lands go, one thing I noticed is that about 25% of your lands come in tapped, not including the ones that can come in tapped unless you pay life, or ones that sacrifice to put tapped basic lands down. I DO like the lack of non-basic colored mana generation, but you may want to watch out for the cards you have thrown in for the cycling ability. Lands coming in tapped without the ability to play multiple lands a turn, put you a turn behind your opponents. Given that your commander is also a sorcery, your commanders cmc will rise quicker than usual, and chances are you will want that mana rather than the one card draw from cycling. Also if you want to save a few bucks, you can replace Overgrown Tomb with Llanowar Wastes . There is a set that llanowar only costs 50 cents, as opposed to Overgrown's 25 bones.
For creatures, I noticed a few high(er) mana spots were taken by some lower-synergy cards. Like Grave-Shell Scarab . It may be helpful to have more insect-creation in its place that can match near the CMC of your commander creature. Like for example Hornet Nest and Saber Ants .

Spiders really don't have a stand out card so its hard to make a purely tribal deck with them. If I had to pick a single card to add maybe i'd go with Vigor?
Many cards can put out multiple Insects however. If you could fill the field with insects then pop out Conspiracy suddenly your boss could cause real damage. Still kinda on theme. Saber Ants and other cards do the same thing (a morph and one with defender if i remember correctly).

Hey Beebles. Yeah, the two-drop slot is something I've been pondering, especially because I have Birthing Pod in the deck and a cadre of 1-drop dorks. Still, I don't really like Steve in a deck that can't recur him much more than a Rampant Growth.
I really like Broodhatch Nantuko. Tokens are hilarious with Vigor , and obviously excellent with my two mana-producing altars. Saber Ants and Druid's Call are other similar effects I've been considering for the deck, but I'm just not sure where to make cuts.
Sylvan Scrying is another good call, if nothing less than to replace the less-efficient Expedition Map . It's on the short list for a cut from my lands deck, See the Durdle of Enormous Girth, so I've even got a copy already!

Saber Ants . That and Hornet Nest work well with cards like Simulacrum , Give No Ground and Valor Made Real . They give you a huge creature advantage after a Blasphemous Act or Star of Extinction .

After looking at you combat trick section, I would vote for replacing Krosan Vorine with Lowland Tracker . It does cost 1 more mana, but it has first strike. You pair that with Bow of Nylea , Basilisk Collar , or Gorgon Flail (other strong inclusions in a deck with Mirri) and now the Tracker is just straight removal.
Also, some other fun cards with Lure effects are Druid's Call , Saber Ants , and Broodhatch Nantuko .
Shamanic Revelation can be pretty potent card draw in a token deck as well. Yes you need a board state to get anything, but it has pretty high upside.

seshiro_of_the_orochi Thanks!! Any cards you might add that would be nice for this deck? I thought of maybe adding Saber Ants and enchant them with Lure for fun times because i already have Swarmyard for not so fun times for your opponent :P
