Designed for regular 60 card singleton, but "Tovolar, Dire Overlord" can be pulled as the commander for 60 card brawl.

Primarily focused on keeping the tribal werewolf theme, but a few high-quality cards (especially in the 1 cost slots) made their way in such as "Ignoble Hierarch".
