It's a control deck with the Djinn and Delver. Some cantrips to smooth out draws and fill the graveyard with instants and sorceries. I'm not too experienced at deck building in pioneer mono blue control so any staples I'm missing are probably from a lack of knowledge.

I sideboarded River's Rebuke as a board wipe. Aether Gust is there for things like Carnage Tyrant, Shifting Ceratops, and their ilk. And Slip for another 1 mana defense spell that also beats board wipes.

Thinking of replacing Spell Pierce with Stubborn Denial but getting a 4 power creature isn't much of a guarantee so I'm not sure. Will have to test both versions.
