nayaftw I don't think Xathrid Necromancer will benefit me because I have few humans and he's kinda slow for me.
Hero's Downfall I don't know yet but I think Dreadbore will be more mana efficient and I know downfall is an instant. Maybe I'll playtest it to see.
Mogis's Marauder I'm still on the edge for this guy he's conditional, he can be good if I have many creatures in the battlefield but if not he's just a 2/2 with intimidate and haste
I'm also thinking about changing Legion Loyalist to Firedrinker Satyr for the extra damage but I don't know if that's good.
quesobueno123 I think what they are trying to say is that what if Mogis, God of Slaughter and Purphoros, God of the Forge is in play Rakdos Shred-Freak will give 2 devotion to each of the gods

No it stat that if phenax and Nightveil Specter are in play you have five devotion not 8 since you get 2 from phenax and 3 from the specter

For this deck I can see Dreadbore working out better than Hero's Downfall because you have enough instant spot removal for things like Mutavault Nightveil Specter or a Pack Rat . when it comes to planeswalkers they still get an activated ability off with either Dreadbore or downfall.

Im rocking Carnage Gladiator and Havoc Festival its a great late game finish if you cant aggro them out early game i also like Underworld Cerberus as another late game drop i would also sideboard in Rakdos Charm despite what everyone else thinks of it the charm is very deadly agains people who use Elspeth, Sun's Champion as the token finisher won a game by double charming someone at fnm was a great feeling only really needed one but i top decked my second one and finally Master of Cruelties its just a deadly card

Fenrir0720 I am going to be posting a deck tech of my version of Rakdos on my blog when my Mogis' come in the mail. I agree with mainboard Rakdos Charm Just because it deals with Whip of Erebos and hates on Assemble the Legion and Elspeth, Sun's Champion .. I think mine will have a bit more removal in the form of Dreadbore and Pharika's Cure , maybe a singleton Hero's Downfall . Guess we will have to wait and see (; but I really like how aggro yours is. may I suggest Madcap Skills and Fanatic of Mogis ? Just an idea.. Oh and I run Duress I just dont like shocking a Blood Crypt then loosing 2 more life to Thoughtsieze... KTMTG Mogis, God of Slaughter is sometimes awesome and sometimes ok but all in all his good against many decks but not against control. I'm still undecided with Rakdos Charm but I'll try to make some room for it. during my play testing I found Dreadbore more useful than Hero's Downfall Hero is good but it's just expensive for me now for Pharika's Cure I really like it I'll try it once I get my hands on it.as for Madcap Skills I tried it, it is really helpful when I was in a pinch but I don't know yet because my friend always spot remove it or bounce the creature back but Madcap Skills Is great when I'm against some Mono-black or creature based decks. Fanatic of Mogis is ok but I think he is much more useful in a mono red aggro deck but I'll try it. now for Thoughtseize actually I risk my life total when I'm playing this deck I like Thoughtseize because it's more versatile I can target all except lands although Duress is ok but it can only target spells which is not that versatile especially if your opponent is creature heavy. DavidYhEEAA I already thought about Stormbreath Dragon I didn't main board him because of the curve, I don't know If I can monstrous him. But still it can combo really well with Rakdos, Lord of Riots but it will be a turn 6 or turn 5 win con depending on the state of my battlefield. I want to win as fast as turn 4 or turn 5.
nashbridges52 I mainboard Xathrid Necromancer because of Supreme Verdict Fated Retribution Bile Blight Drown in Sorrow . I am torn between Boros Reckoner and Nightveil Specter I don't know which has a better value if the rotation of blocks came. I main boarded Ash Zealot but I'm not so comfortable with it I mean it's not as hybrid as Rakdos Shred-Freak but still Ash Zealot is way better. by the way should I put in more Temple of Malice ?
Vampire Army I mainboarded Mogis, God of Slaughter as for Rakdos Keyrune I don't know yet I know it's a great card but 3 - mana does not sell it to me especially me wanting to end it at turn 4 or 5 I'd rather cast a Boros Reckoner or something maybe I'll Sideboard 2x Rakdos Keyrune .

Okay, in spite of what has been said Rakdos Shred-Freak should actually be included in this deck for a very particular reason: he'll allow for a markedly faster "activation" of Mogis, God of Slaughter . The Shred-Freak's two split R/B mana cost contributes two to red devotion and two to black devotion, netting you six B/R devotion with just one Shred-Freak and Mogis on the board. On top of that, it gets another human on the board for Xathrid Necromancer .
Secondly, I would drop you Exava, Rakdos Blood Witch count to two instead of three in order to free up a spot.
Thirdly, I would like to point out the Kederekt Creeper -like synergy between Thrill-Kill Assassin and Madcap Skills . I reckon you ought to at least mainboard Madcap, just for good measure. It really allows you to push the aggressiveness of a deck.
Fourthly, Cryptborn Horror is a worth candidate for this deck for one of the reasons to include Rakdos Shred-Freak and because it can synergize with Exava, Rakdos Blood Witch . With the high damage potential of this deck, the Horror could be another big threat on the board.
Dark Betrayal may be a good card to sideboard given your apparent difficulties with Desecration Demon and the high count of Mono-Black in your local meta.

xPariahx I really appreciate your detailed suggestion it really helped. now as for Rakdos Shred-Freak I like him for it's versatility but not for devotion because it's mana cost will only count to two regardless of it's hybrid colour that's why I am torn between it and Ash Zealot .Now for Thrill-Kill Assassin and Madcap Skills I have them on main board last time but I found Pain Seer I don't know what will I replace to put in Thrill-Kill Assassin I have so many 2 drop creatures I don't know if I'll drop some 1 drop but I will lose some consistency. For Cryptborn Horror it's a good card and I really see it's synergy with Exava, Rakdos Blood Witch but it has many enemies in the 3 drop slot namely Boros Reckoner , Chandra's Phoenix and Xathrid Necromancer .and lastly your spot on Desecration Demon is a headache and the Pack Rat and Mutavault combo. I'll definitely Sideboard Dark Betrayal . Thank You it would be great if you can help me in deciding what to drop and what not.

First of all, @pariah, that's not how devotion works. Rakdos Shred-Freak gives 2 devotion to EITHER Black OR Red, not both, so it's still 2 devotion towards Mogis's extra 5. That being said, I'd still throw the Shredfreaks in because it does contribute to faster devotion, and you don't have to worry about land fixing, like with Ash Zealot .
Since your'e going for a hybrid Black/Red deck,as opposed to one color splashing in the other, don't use Nightveil Specter or Boros Reckoner .
Up Chandra's Phoenix and Tormented Hero to 4 each, so you have enough 1 drops as well as early devotion for Mogis. Exava, Rakdos Blood Witch you should run 3 of, so you can consistently drop her turn 4. For these compensations, I'd take out Pain Seer , as I don't think there's enough synergy here with that card.
I'd also suggest Herald of Torment , but I'm not sure how I'd fit it in.
Lastly, Rakdos, Lord of Riots is a good card, if you can drop it on turn 4 itself. His mana cost is too specific, so it's usually really hard to nail head on, and since your'e going for a fast paced aggressive deck, you don't have time to wait around for the right land to come up. Stormbreath Dragon would better suit this slot imo.

Alrighty, I've look over info put out on the MTG site and a few different places and hybrid mana counts towards both colors. I would therefore reason that Rakdos Shred-Freak would contribute two black devotion and two red devotion then one would sum the devotion to black and to red to ascertain a total to determine Mogis, God of Slaughter 's triggered ability.
Honestly, you probably ought to just ask a judge about it. If I'm right, it would provide a distinct advantage.

oh that's interesting to hear. I heard that hybrids (i.e. Rakdos Shred-Freak ) would contribute only 2 total devotion to Mogis, God of Slaughter but concurrently still give 2 red devotion and/or 2 black devotion to the other gods.

Play Herald Of Torment instead or rakdos-shred freak. Play lighting steak instead of magma jet and dont play legion loyalit.

cperks thank you I'll play test Herald of Torment when I get my hands on it and I main boarded Magma Jet instead of Lightning Strike because of it's scry capabilities it tremendously helped me but I'll still try Lightning Strike . I am thinking of putting in Chandra, Pyromaster will it help my deck?

I feel like Mogis, God of Slaughter will be good in these types of decks as it warrants automatic damage as long as you burn away all their blockers. Also his loyalty is easier to hit when your running lots of creatures and whatnot. I've also noticed Madcap Skills will get your creature 2 for 1ed more often than not considering how much removal there is in this format. I'd drop them. Also Rakdos Keyrune is a boss against control decks that will want to wipe your field! he also acts as mana which is nice

I'd find something other than Xathrid Necromancer
at the 3 drop. I don't think you have enough humans to make him worth it, and you could use the extra devotion of something like a Boros Reckoner
or Ash Zealot
. I realize that you're trying to win by turn four, but it'd also be good for longer games to know that you can get Mogis turned on quickly if need be.
