Ramp up to get a gajillion lands, which multiple Nissas will then use to kill the opponent. Land-creatures or otherwise get pumped all at once to obliterate an opponent with Flying, Trample, and the like. In the mainboard, they're protected by flickering--and speaking of flickering, several creatures are fantastic choices, as they generate life, ramp, card advantage, and other goodies upon entering the battlefield.
