It's a pretty straightforward Voltron deck, I tested against a Teysa Karlov deck (not it's best run that day) and managed to win with 2 attacks. Step one is some basic mana ramp, Hakim, Loreweaver isn't exactly what I'd call cheap to cast, but he isn't horrid.

Step 2, fill up your graveyard. Lots of looting and with Bond of Insight you can go again with some of them!

Step 3, the turn you plan to attack, pick some enchantments to pick up. Just remember you can only do it during your upkeep and you have to have him clear at the start to do it. Auramancer's Guise and Octopus Umbra are beautiful and then an unblockable and a few more and you can 1 shot an opponent with commander damage!
