My Boro’s Burn control deck revolves fundamentally around the use of direct damage spells such as Lightning Bolt, Lightning Helix, Boros Charm and Risk Factor to push your opponent’s down in life with support creatures that have synergy with your direct damage spells. Your backup creatures include most importantly Soulfire Grand Master Satyr Firedancer and Screaming Nemesis, Boros Reckoner. The life gain and direct damage done by Satyr and Soulfire can be a huge boost to remove your opponent’s creatures and gain life while doing damage. Board wipe effects such as Anger of the Gods, Blasphemous Act can net you massive life gain triggers from Soulfire grandmaster white wiping the board good vs aggro decks. Settle the Wreckage and Path to Exile is a major control exile piece for difficult creatures and greedy attack [Deflecting Palm and Boros Charm are great utility and sideboard options. Card advantage is limited in this deck so use wisely when needed to gain cards when you need them. Chandra, Torch of Defiance and Chandra, Dressed to Kill Are strong pieces for card advantage. Phlage, Titan of Fire's Fury and Torbran, Thane of Red Fell are powerhouse cards to help push extra damage in latter game. Arena of Glory is a very powerful card when couples with Phlage to escape him with haste can end games immediately. The deck can win longer conflicts but is more designed for early and mid-game wins. Not super competitive but fun and has great synergy.
