Charmed Stray
Creature — Cat
Lifelink
When Charmed Stray enters the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter one each other creature you control named Charmed Stray.

Since you're playing all cats, Kaheera, the Orphanguard is a must include.
-
I personally believe Leonin Warleader and Regal Caracal can be a bit too heavy for the curve. Maybe consider cutting two of each and replacing those cut for four copies King of the Pride.
-
Even though it costs just , Outflank is a but too condition. A good replacement would be Kabira Takedown  Flip. It's more expensive, but you can cast it at anytime and it can serve as a land if you need.
-
Because you're Monowhite, Sundering Growth is better than Disen Disenchant. You can use Populate to get copies of Embalm tokens.
-
Since you want something for the side, two or three copies of Watchers of the Dead should be great against graveyard decks.
-
Maybe cut a bit of removal to include any amount, depending on your preference, of Leonin Relic-Warder, Felidar Cub or Enlightened Ascetic. They may not be as versatile, but they can benefit from the lord and the anthem.
-
As for lands, I'd recommend Shefet Dunes as a high priority. Secondarily, you could think about Sejiri Steppe, Sandstone Bridge, Windbrisk Heights and Idyllic Grange. Don't if any of these will interest you, but I hope at least one can be useful.
-
If this deck goes against a lot of removal, maybe Abiding Grace could be a good sibeboard card to reanimate Charmed Strays.
Hope this wall of text doesn't bore you to death!

Looks like a good starting point. Unsure of your budget, you may want to add Brimaz, King of Oreskos . I'd take out the Charmed Stray as it's pretty much Mons's Goblin Raiders .

ClockworkSwordfish: Apologies for the late response, but I especially like the Charmed Stray , so I'll make that change. Thanks! I'll keep the other in mind, though, just in case my knee-jerk-response preference doesn't work out.

Looks like you've got a lot of solid one-drops! Trained Caracal kind of stands out to me as a subpar choice, though... Beloved Princess and Charmed Stray are both flat-out superior creatures to run in its place.

I like the idea of Titanic Ultimatum! I tried for a bit to throw Lurrus in there but I kept running into the issue of not really liking my options. I guess you could do Charmed Stray and just keep bringing them back to stack them up and the low-cost dogs are pretty self-explanatory. Its a thought to try!
I actually wanted to stay away from your mutate tricks on this deck because...you already did it so well I felt I should try something else. Shock lands are good but that one comes down purely to actual $$ and I already have a large number of the scry lands. It definitely needs something though and I'm going to try seeing what Lurrus of the Dream-Den would look like if I just went with the 1 and 2 drop dogs/cats. I can still drop a few Feline Sovereigns in there since Rin and Seri, Inseparable already breaks the companion req but I can recurse the rest.
The lockets are a cheap trick I started using a while back to get quick mana extra mana early that I can then use to draw later. Not the most effective version of it but it is one of the cheapest I know of - but I'm always open to suggestions

Hello, this deck looks great! However, I'd like to also know what are your thoughts about these cards:
- Tragic Arrogance - great boardwipe that can surgically keep your best cat and leave worst permaments of your opponents
- Unbreakable Formation - after a few playtests this card proven to not only be another Heroic Intervention but can help finish the game with risky alpha strike
- Duelist's Heritage - another way to give cats (and sometimes opponents' creatures smashing each other) Double Strike is invaluable in this deck
- Charmed Stray / Trained Caracal - I guess that this might be only my preference but I like these cats more than e.g. Scythe Leopard

I agree with the comments above. Add 2 more Charmed Strays, or take them all out. Probably take them out, as they're pretty low-power. Other clunky/low-power cards to take out are: both your enchantments, Gideon's Company, Soulmender, and Twinblade Paladin.
Instead, add some cards from the new set like Daxos, Blessed by the Sun, Heliod, Sun-Crowned (before he's banned), Alseid of Life's Bounty helps with removal too (as does Gods Willing for some more protection). A lot of these are much higher power than your current list, and will help you win games much more often.

Either have 4 Charmed Stray or none. With 2, you are highly unlikely to draw both in the same game.
In response to "constant bouncing spells, murder spells and 'counter creature/target spell'", you could run an additional color.
