Crop Rotation will help you pull the essential lands.
A first hand with 3 zero casting cost creatures, a land, and a Crop Rotation to Tolarian Academy is enough to either play Tinker or transmute for it using Drift of Phantasms.
So you can essentially play Blightsteel Colossus on the first turn or the second turn if you had to transmute. Per chance you don't, Paradise Mantle plays real nice with your free creatures incase you need to use Crop Rotation and don't have green.
The Artifact Lands compliment Tolarian Academy.
They can bring on the creature removal and Counterspell with little impact to your game play. Have fun with transmute.
