SO the differences between my deck and the usual decks Is that i put more of a focus on getting sight on the top of both libraries.

New Soft lock cards/combos.

For this I use cards like Second Sight This card is great as it allows me to space out threats in their deck for a few turns so codex can remove them. Noxious Revival is often used on second sight to continue a soft lock until I find lantern.

Dimir Charm's modes are all relevant to the deck. It is simultaneously vision and a mill rock.

Noxious Revival Also controls the top card of a player's library for 1 turn by putting a dead card on top of their library.
