My modest contribution : You should put Siren's Ruse in the flicker category instead of blink category, don't you think ? And vice versa for Sentinel of the Pearl Trident and Vizier of Deferment (if I get the difference)

Well I know it hasn’t Ben updated in a long time but I think Aminatou, the Fateshifter can be added to the commanders list for blink decks

Rings of Brighthearth isn't an ETB copy device. It only copies activated abilities like Royal Assassin .

The card you're thinking of is Strionic Resonator , which copies triggered abilities.

Master Transmuter can be used as basically pay one blue and flicker an artifact, it just goes to your hand instead of exile. Also fits in the bounce category.
