Board Control: Path to Exile, Oblivion Ring.

Board Wipe: Hour of Reckoning. Protect creatures from board wipes with Heroic Intervention, and Selfless Spirit.

Other defensive cards: Fog, Druid's Deliverance.

Offense: the main strategy is to attack with a high volume of tokens, and then use combat tricks that either buff the tokens that don't get blocked, or give larger tokens trample. Intangible Virtue fuels the offensive strategy by buffing tokens and giving them vigilance.

Creatures: one-drop and two-drop mana producers such as Llanowar Elves, Avacyn's Pilgrim, and Steward of Valeron help cultivate a strong and versatile mana base that can be used to hopefully cast Advent of the Wurm or other high cost cards earlier in the game. Other creatures such as Armada Wurm and Wayfaring Temple have great token synergy. Selfless Spirit is a great defensive card that can be sacrificed to protect against board wipes.

Populate: Growing Ranks, Druid's Deliverance, and Wayfaring Temple help fill the board with copies of powerful tokens created by Advent of the Wurm, Armada Wurm, and Call of the Conclave. Additionally, Anointed Procession doubles the number of tokens being generated.
