Counter and burn spells and stuff that loves them both

This is more of a budget build since I can't afford Snapcaster Mage and Cryptic Command . Luckily shock lands are being reprinted in Guilds of Ravnica so that'll help the price on those.

I like running Isochron Scepter main board because people typically don't have much for artifact removal main board. When you go to game 2 just sideboard them out and your opponent probably just sided in removal for it :) So in theory it's actually a great card to mix up the meta a little.
