Just 2 problems here Memnarch is banned from being a general because he has mana colors that are not in his converted mana cost and since you are using a colorless general you could only have colorless cards in the deck. (I do wish Memnarch be a general in a blue/artifact deck.) :(

Also some cards that work great with Memnarch and artifacts in general Mycosynth Lattice , Academy Ruins , Assert Authority (instead of Traumatic Visions ), and Myr Retriever .

The rules were edited so yes, I can use him. Hooray! And all those are great suggestions. I'll work on acquiring them. I'd clean forgotten about Lattice.

For Pyro:

"A card's colour identity is its colour plus the colour of any mana symbols in the card's rules text. A card's colour identity is established before the game begins, and cannot be changed by game effects.The Commander's colour identity restricts what cards may appear in the deck."

I am surprised by a lack of a Gilded Lotus and Darksteel Ingot for mana or a Broodstar

Memnarch eats lots of mana and draws alot of hate. I think you should include way more mana ramp. Caged Sun , Extraplanar Lens , Sol Ring , Thran Dynamo , Gilded Lotus , Worn Powerstone , Clock of Omens , Voltaic Key .

Also some great pieces with darksteel forge and memnarch Mycosynth Lattice , card:Nevinyrral's Disk. Also good to always have dem tutors Trinket Mage .

Broodstar not a good meat. Minimal effects and he will usually be under 6/6.

Some grave digging and shuffling is in order Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre , Myr Retriever , Junk Diver and Elixir of Immortality .

Blue is the color for draw so more draw spells and or artifacts. Rush of Knowledge , Mind Spring , Stroke of Genius , Crystal Ball , card:Sensei's Divining Top. Id say 3-6 draws and atleast crystal ball.

What Ive noticed about Memnarch is that you get alot of hate for having 1.Memnarch 2.Artifacts 3.Blue. So what you wanta do is play some bouncy bounce to get your creatures or Memnarch out of harms way. Crystal Shard , Snap , Capsize , Venser, Shaper Savant , Unsummon , Temporal Adept , Seal of Removal , Voyager Staff . Play from 2 to 4.

Also when you have good draw you want unlimited handsize so Reliquary Tower , card:Venser's Journal and/or Spellbook . Recommend playing 2 or 3 of these.

Okay, a bunch of great suggestions. My EDH games tend to drag on, so I haven't needed as much ramp as you suggest. I'm trying to acquire a Mycosynth Lattice, Sol Ring, and Venser's Journal, nice calls there. Bounce hasn't really worked well for me with previous incarnations of the deck, but I might put some back in. Trinket Mage can't search any cards in my deck, although that probably would change after I actually get some of this stuff. Sensei's Divining Top and the Ringworld Disk are, from what I've heard, either extreme ragequit stuff or expensive, so I'll try to get them but no guarantees.

You might want to consider a Training Grounds so you can steal things sooner with Memnarch .

The deck is illegal in commander ur commander is lacking a colour and your deck has blue creatures

The Commander rules have been amended quite some time ago to include activated ability costs in a commander's color identity. My deck is perfectly legal in the Commander format.

Fold into AEther, Preordain, Gitaxian Probe, Minds Aglow and Telepathy seem like a bad idea to me. Do you really need those hand looking cards? I don't think so. There are a lot of good draw and counter spell card out there. For instance, Opportunity , Rhystic Study , Hinder , Dismiss , Dissipate , Cryptic Command and so on. You may look at my deck for some idea. Profit of Blinking is not a MUC but I suppose it has good draw engine pack and counter spell suite.

Telepathy is something of a pet card of mine, and you can never have enough information about your opponent's strategies. On the others I agree, but don't have replacements yet.
