Outlining a Black/White Artifact Kaladesh deck for a friend. Basically Artifact/Artificer recursion deck. She's on a budget, so I can't get too crazy with cards. Basically makes a bunch of Servos and junk.

Creatures

Toolcraft Exemplar - Early play aggressive card. Not too hard getting artifacts out to pump him.

Master Trinketeer - You're creating a bunch of Servos, might as well have their lord out to pump them. Plus if you have nothing better to spend mana on, you can make some more.

Filigree Familiar - 2 life ETB effect and draw a card upon its death, plus is an artifact. This friend can stay. Plus my friend likes it so it can stay.

Yahenni, Undying Partisan - Not a half bad card. Sacrifice Servos to make them invincible, or sacrifice someone that's about to die anyway. Might not fit the best here, but my friend also likes them, so they stay.

Restoration Gearsmith - Kaladesh's theme is all about benefiting from sacrificing your artifacts and recurring them, so probably a good idea to include the card.

Noxious Gearhulk - The most expensive single card in this deck, and for good reason. The main muscle of the deck. Plus Cataclysmic Gearhulk hurts us too much since we try to shove a bunch of Servos onto the field and want to build some form of field presence.

Marionette Master - The surprisingly most important creature in the deck. Burn an opponent whenever you lose an artifact for her power. Ideally, she comes out when you have an army of Servos out ready to kamikaze or block. Probably want to +3 her for more damage rather than have three more Servos.

Herald of Anguish - So cool. You're more likely than not Improvising to get him out, and if you can toss enough artifacts out fast enough, your opponent may not be ready to deal with a 5/5 flying demon that discards their cards at the end of each of your turns and can -2 threats to death.

Artifacts

Inventor's Goggles - Like Toolcraft Exemplar, a great Turn 1 play. Half the creatures are Artificers, so it happily jumps onto them when they ETB. Plus a free Improvise tapper.

Servo Schematic - Get a Servo upon ETB and its death. Easy choice if you need to sacrifice something or tap for Improvise. Herald of Anguish loves this card.

Cogworker's Puzzleknot - Basically Servo Schematic but you have to pay to break it for the other Servo.

Metalspinner's Puzzleknot - Card draw is always important.

Inspiring Statuary - Give all your nonartifacts Improvise. Helpful in bringing out Marionette Master early and just casting things in general.

Panharmonicon - Yes please. Half the spells in the deck have ETB effects, so why not benefit from them?

Instant/Sorcery/EnchantmentThis section is the one in need of the most work. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Battle at the Bridge - Removal and life gain. Pretty easy to see why this is here.

Built to Last - Battle trick. Hopefully you use it on an artifact to get the invincibility, and hopefully you kill whatever is trying to kill you.

Fatal Push - Removal is always welcome. When I first put it in, I didn't realize how much it was going to cost (at this time, about $5). Due to budget restraints and what else she needs, may have to switch it with some sort of alternative.

Hidden Stockpile - Oh man, this card is THIS close to being so awesome. If the Revolt trigger wasn't only on your turn, I would love this card so so so much. That said, I still like it. Alone, you sacrifice a Servo, Scry, then replace that Servo at the end of the turn for . Getting multiple copies out turns that one Servo into however many you have out. Or sacrifice a Puzzleknot to trigger the Revolt. Or Herald of Anguish sacrifices something to trigger it. Or one of your attacks kill one of your fine soldiers. As long as death happens on your turn, Hidden Stockpile will be happy to aid your grieving with a Servo.

Rush of Vitality - Battle trick. Eh...

Servo Exhibition - Make two Servos. Ehhh...

Fortuitous Find - It's recursion, of course I want to recur some cards.

Sram's Expertise - Three Servos and a free 3< spell. How could I not want to give it a try?

Honorable Mentions

Aether Poisoner - Two drop Deathtouch Artificer. She gives which upon battle makes a Servo, but since we don't Energy in this deck, she'd get to do that once. Being a 1/1 would also keep her from doing so again too, but still...

Dhund Operative - Two Drop 2/2 that gets +1/0 and Deathtouch in the presence of an artifact. In this deck, not hard to get her that artifact. Wish it gave her 0/+1 instead, but what can ya do?

Sly Requisitioner - Nontoken artifacts' deaths become 1/1 Servos. Ah...

Ironclad Revolutionary - Sacrifice an artifact upon ETB to give them two +1/+1 counters. If they had Improvise built in, then I'd strongly consider them.
