Added: Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet, Dragon Tempest, Earthcraft, Dragon Tempest in and have been pretty damn good! Cut: Champion of Lambholt, Poison-Tip Archer, Phyrexian Arena and Attrition. Just got a Chandra, Torch of Defiance, Krav, the Unredeemed and will see how she does, still looking for a Berserk and see if they will stay or not.

I would cut Deathbringer Thoctar, he's really bloody slow, and at six mana you get a 3/3, which isn't great. Thopter Assembly is okay, but you have better token generators, and the six mana slot is taken up by casting Prossh most of the time anyway. I see you have an Urborg, but no Cabal Coffers, coffers combos with all of your mana sinks.

I agree with the Deathbringer Thoctar but Cabal Coffers is a dead draw if I don't got the urborg along side of it. As for the thopters, your right about casting prossh instead. Thanks

looks fun and not too oppresive/combo-ey. +1. Artifact Mutation + Aura Mutation? I have a ramp/token deck in Naya if you want to take a look. The Golden Company

Artifact Mutation is awesome! The aura version is white though but yea. I'm more worried about having fun rather than always win turn 4 or w/e. I'll check your deck out.

Things I would pull (without much thought to it either) if I was running the deck.

Search for Tomorrow - Because who cares? I know a few people that do run it, but I always look at it as a delayed land that could easily just be another cultivate effect, or another land... or just gone.

Song of the Dryads - While amazing soft is awesome, I feel like unless you are dealing with Sigarda, Host of Herons all the time then your grave pact things should handle things.

Courser of Kruphix - Because, meh. I feel like it only looks like it does a lot, when it doesn't. There are other, better, ways to do that, and they are ones that do it better

You bring good points. The Courser of Kruphix is in place of Oracle of Mul Daya and Search for Tomorrow is for Coalition Relic. I plan on replacing them eventually. I see what you mean for Song of the Dryads though. Prob just gonna cut them and worry about future cuts if I ever get my hands on those cards.

Coalition Relic is only really useful in 5 color or proliferate decks.

People were swear things like it and Sol Ring are "EDH Staples" but they aren't, they really are not.

Hello! I have a very successful Prossh deck and I have a few questions on some of the cards you are playing:

Utvara Hellkite, Broodmate Dragon: why? yeah it's a beater, but its really expensive. If you want a beater, try Pathbreaker Ibex or if you wanted an 8 drop try Craterhoof Behemoth (highly recommended) or Woodfall Primus.

Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs, Omnath, Locus of Rage: These are really random cards. It is just a really inefficient way to produce meh tokens, like why are they here? You don't typically need more tokens in a prossh deck, especially when you have to pay 3 mana for each one/ omanath just is random. If you want more tokens, try From Beyond for ones with utility. I really think you don't need that many token producers as you are almost always having enough through prossh. Maybe try adding a few more sac outlets like Sadistic Hypnotist or Phyrexian Tower so you can sac and recast prossh for more tokens.

You are also playing a lot of sweepers that are mainly painful for you like Languish and some others. I would only play one or two because the sweepers will usually hurt you more than other players.

Hey baddabiiing, thank you for the feedback.
You do make a good point about Utvara Hellkite but broodmate dragon has done some work for me. I don't usually get a chance where ultvara changes the board state so that's gonna get cut. I've been wanting a Craterhoof Behemoth for a while now but just haven't got a chance to aquire one sadly. Woodfall Primus just seems too heavy on mana for what it does considering I don't have a way to abuse it as much as a deck that utilizes counter manipulation.

Pathbreaker Ibex is a pretty cool card that I'm just gonan have to try out too btw!

Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs is a card that helps me buy time if I'm in a bad spot, you'd be surprised what he can do or stop vs some decks. The reasoning behind Omnath, Locus of Rage is I really like that card. He does have some synergies with other cards, especially Tempt with Vengeance but mostly its just personal enjoyment.

Sadistic Hypnotist is in my deck but is not on the list, it must of been removed by accident at some time. I can't really justify Phyrexian Tower price, even though it's a good card but just costs too much.

From Beyond is on the fence, I already have so many 4 drops. Languish is just because my playgroup. It hurts them much more than it does to me since it ideally goes off before i cast Prossh.

Realized I misread kazuul, I thought you only got the token if you paid 3. He actually seems pretty nuts. Phyrexian Tower spiked i guess, I thought it was 10 like when I got mine. Not worth 25.

Beyond that a few other cards that I like that you might are Furystoke Giant, Champion of Lambholt, Jarad's Orders, Defense of the Heart, Vicious Shadows, Garruk Wildspeaker, Joraga Treespeaker, Ogre Battledriver Thanks!

It seems a very good deck and fun to play. I do have to try edh. +1

January 25, 2016 5:18 a.m.

Jund is so brutal. +1 for sure.

Savage Ventmaw, Atarka, World Render may be a good fit here.

although I saw you weren't a fan of Double Strike because you thought they were a "cheap" way of winning.

I used to share that sentiment, until I get beatdown by someone using a bunch of "Take an extra turn" cards... once that happened, nothing became too cheap an option for me. haha.

happy brewing!

Molesto-the-Egregious I used to run Savage Ventmaw but he ended up beign replaced with Xenagos, the Reveler. The double strike dragon is something I can try out but already struggling to make cuts as it is lol.

But yea, the are people with degenerate combos that I hope I am able to prevent or someone else to prevent it.

February 9, 2016 11:15 p.m.

Citadel of Pain Simply must go. It's completely awful. At the end of a player's turn, they will simply tap all their lands. The only exception being when they need to hold over mana for a counter spell, in which case you will likely only hit them for 2 or 3. If that's why you're running it, don't It's not worth running simply to ping a control deck every once in a rare while.

You bring up a good point, do you know any good cards, something like Grand Abolisher. I would love to use Price of Glory but im not 100% on it yet.

May 5, 2016 12:11 a.m.

Umm.... I'm having a hard time seeing what you have and don't have simply due to how you categorized your cards. I would recommend doing it the normal way, since it is generally easier to look through. That being said, it doesn't look like you have a Hero's Downfall, which is great removal. Aggro-Blaster says... #20

Hey I don't know if you still need to cut cards or not but one card that caught my attention would be Burn at the Stake. Just seems to slow to me. There are better five drops to be playing and it is three red to play. In a five color deck that can be rough.

June 24, 2016 12:37 a.m.

goodair says... #21

Aggro-Blaster You know whats funny, I put that card to test out and don't think I have yet to drawn the card to find out how good it is. I did overlook the triple red and that might make the card a lil unreliable as you mention it.

its amazing with Prossh but I'm not a fan of infinite combos. Granted some really decks need them, there are a variation of ways to winning in the current deck.

Plus i cant justify the price tag on Food Chain unless i traded for one.
