This deck is my own combination of Proliferate cards and the wicked cards that use +1/+1 counters and or charge counters. You start out small with this deck as you do with most blue decks, then you use the magical power of Contagion Engine, Contagion Clasp, and Energy Chamber.This deck features cards from Duel Deck: Tezzeret and artifact cards from mostly Scars of Mirrodin.Take a look and please give me any info you can.
