Thank you so much for the recommendations! I'll definitely be fixing a lot of this deck. My only problem is my definition of "budget" is cards that are under a dollar, since i'm a Poor College Student. Thank you though!

Hey, I'm not even a college student! These cards are definitely budget in my book. I'd say that having a few really good cards is better than having lots ok ones, it depends on the deck though. In my deck, I have a lot of the $10 and $20 stuff, but not a lot of the $1 and $2 stuff. You can usually find someone who will trade the cheap stuff, but not the expensive stuff. If you go to FNM, you get lots of packs too, and then you can trade for your Voice of Resurgence if anyone has them for trade.

The only thing I think would be an alright suggestion would be to -1 Intangible Virtue and +1 Selesnya Charm . That Selesnya Charm is amazing and having 3 will almost guarantee you an instance of it every game, probably more than 1. Think about it. ;p

It's a bit pricy to get out and early game with this deck can easily be ruined by colorless mana. To me, I love Grove late game with Trostani on the feild but if Voice is already out there... Grove is now inferior.
+1 for the selesnya token love
Rate and critique mine if you have the chance and hopefully it gives you another idea on how to run tokens.

Your curve is awful, and I'd recommend running Birds of Paradise . It is a mana dork that lets you flashback Lingering Souls .
