Strategy

Quickly force every player in a multiplayer environment to discard their hand using cards like Stronghold Rats, Rotting Rats, Delirium Skeins, and Unnerve to force opponents to die to Shrieking Affliction.

Discarding your own cards every turn isn't a problem once you get a Pack Rat out. Use its ability to discard any card you draw to create a copy of Pack Rat and keep your hand empty so you don't have to discard when everyone else does. At this point you pretty much have a lock on the game.

Use Diabolic Tutor to find Ratcatcher to find your Pack Rats.

Optimized for multiplayer. For 1v1, swap in Ravenous Rats, Mind Rot, Distress, Duress, etc.
