I started brewing Zinnia recently. I brewed Satya, Aetherflux Genius as just Value ETBs, & Energy is just a secondary support to keep around certain value creatures. Long-winded way of saying that the Zinnia deck I started brewing is basically just the Satya deck without the Energy support & a few other cards swapped out.

I think Zinnia wants lower curve creatures with value ETBs, so paying the Offspring cost feels fairly reliable. You could def do stuff like:

You can def get tech-y with your ETBs & tailor them to your meta. You can also add in a sprinkle of ETB blink effects to keep reusing your ETBs, like Felidar Guardian

I'm thinking Clones

Helm of the Host

Spark Double

And token doublers

Parallel Lives

Adrix and Nev, Twincasters

And white and green will give you good etbs

That's where you'll need scryfall

Not an EDH player, but I felt inspired to do a quick search and I hope it's not too embarrassing... I focused mostly, but not exclusively, on 1 power creatures for max synergy:

happy brewing

I am building a custom commander who uses Offspring in Bant colors - some things I am waiting to hear the rulings later today on how they'd interact with the offspring mechanic (Kicker, X spells, evoke, etc.)

Some ideas that come to mind right away are clones like griffstick mentioned. I'm partial to Vizier of Many Faces because the Embalm ability is especially useful if you plan on doing any token synergy or token doubling which brings me to my next suggestions - Anointed Procession and Mondrak, Glory Dominus. Both are mono white and will double all of your offspring tokens.

The rest is up to you, you could go wide and deal auto ETB damage with the likes of Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors etc. Or many many other directions. If you need any suggestions or input let me know

Found some cards that would go well with Zinnia, Valley's Voice

Target yourself with Mass Diminish

Sort of torn between some sort of plant/flower deck (because Zinnia, obviously) or doubling up into artifact creatures with the OG Zinnia: Mirrorworks ;p

I'd say maybe using etb creatures and Ashnod's Altar to sac them, get mana to pay into making tokens, get etbs on tokens. All of the incarnations would work great (though maybe kind of salt inducing) to evoke Fury ping mana dorks, sac to ashnod's, gain mana to gain a token. I don't think Ashnod's Altar will go infinite or anything, but could be a good value engine.

Also, just random cards

Clarion Spirit if you are using etbs and casting creatures will just randomly get you value and spirits

Kabira Takedown  Flip because you might have lots of creatures and if not it's just a land

Curiosity effects like, Reconnaissance Mission and Thopter Spy Network and Grazilaxx, Illithid Scholar

Also, any token deck loves Cultural Exchange as a finisher : ) Get your etbs and value cheap and then trade a whole bunch of 1/1s for an opponents best board.

And way off topic, but I feel like Zinnia should be a plant or tree folk, because for real : )

“Zinnia” is one of those names that the person who “invented” it likely had no idea that it is also a thing in real life. I’d bet $100 of my wife's money that this person had never heard of that flower ;p

FormOverFunction I'd take you up on that bet. Camellia, the Seedmiser, Hazel of the Rootbloom and Mr. Foxglove say that floral/botanical names aren't too unusual.
