The rock deck in Pauper. This version is not converted to pauper but appling the original concept.
A regular Rock deck consists of :
- 4 baloth or life gaining creatures
- 4 blastotherms
- 4 board sweaper
- 4 anti creatures spells
- 4 walls mana roots or trelis
- 4 draw walls
- 4 main discard spells
- 2 suportive discard spells
- 2 graveyad return cards like recurring nightmare.
- 4 supportive lands, tree top vilage
- 2 Yavimaya elder or krosan tusker
- 2 Deranged Hermit
- 1 large creature finisher
- 2 Call of the herd
- 1 Volrath stronghold
Tools box :
- 1 Squee goblin nabob
- 4 survival of the fittest

Implementation
If need the regular version , is a bit more limited in what you can do but is more efficient very straight foward, uses original concept hold the game width walls and large creatures to damage. In this new version i add craching draw bridge which gives your creatures haste think can compete width burn in therms of damage if you start sending them 7/7 and 5/5 width haste. :

Deranged Hermit -
usely the deck relly heavy on hermit since its large, weeny and beater... , in Pauper we don't have cards like that the best you can get is a high quality beater like cave stomper.
The logic is simple we have a lot of trash that lather is convertered to high quality spells throw tortured existence or recurring nightmare in original. What is high quality late game is not in earlier game. Think this concept is interesting, a bit like a football team, they make transitions.
Mainly there are 2 versions of The Rock, the Tool Box, and the transitional Rock which is this one. Made few attempts on the Tool Box on the other version, end up width kind of hybrid width card advantages, hard to tell if the enviorment was inspired in that play test, but one thing is certain its the style most Pauper decks adopt now "hybrid card adavantage". It's hard to tell because people can reach the same conclusions, in similar enviorments.

Children of Korlis pretty good? You don't need any heavy extra stuff you start locking the game very soon width abazn.

Don't know if it worth or not the use of fierce empath, but it could add much more versatility, is one of the few high quality tutors on Pauper.

Swine master could work as our Derendged Hermit it build creatures which turn, and is very low cost.

Vine trelis vs nightshade dryd, think nightshade a litle better since it protects vs a earlier large creature, and allow to pack more anti-creature while maintain mana and color acceleration.
